Good to know

Questions,
answered kindly.

Class selection, schedules, arrival, attire, registration, and payment information for CHASEDANCE families.

Is CHASEDANCE right for beginners?

Yes. Classes welcome a wide range of experience levels and center curiosity, encouragement, and individual growth. Embodied Contemporary is specifically described as open level.

Where are classes held?

Classes meet in the light-filled Great Hall at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 2201 Dexter Street in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood.

When is the Fall 2026 term?

The 15-class term runs August 25 through December 10, with an end-of-term performance on December 12.

What class should I take?

Children’s classes are chosen by age. We offer an open curriculum designed for community building. Having children in a similar age range best meets their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional needs. If you have questions about your child’s class or level, please reach out so we can discuss options that best meet your needs. We are happy to make accommodations as needed.

Location, arrival, and departure

There is plenty of parking available in the lot across the street. Please park and bring your student into the Great Hall if they are under age 10.

Plan to arrive a few minutes early and pick up on time. Child supervision is not available outside a student’s scheduled class, and students may not remain in the Great Hall during another class.

Send a text or WhatsApp message to report an absence or late arrival.

What should students wear?

CHASEDANCE provides each student with a comfortable, loose-fitting top to wear to every weekly class. Families may choose what students wear on the bottom, provided knees are covered and leggings are worn beneath any skirts.

No tights; students will be barefoot or wear traction socks like those used at indoor play spaces. Please avoid jewelry and excessive hair accessories. Hair should be pulled away from the face and off the neck when applicable.

Tuition payments

Tuition must be paid before a student attends class. Families interested in a trial may pay the drop-in rate; that amount will be deducted from the full term tuition payment. Please contact us with questions about payment options or deadlines.

Where can I get tuition or registration details?

Tuition and registration details can vary by class. Send an inquiry or call CHASEDANCE so we can provide the current information for your selected class.

Studio policies

Presence, care,
and shared safety.

These expectations help CHASEDANCE provide a focused, healthy, and nurturing environment for every student and family.

01

No Cell Phone Zone

We believe in being fully present with children as they arrive, throughout class, and as they leave. Phones must be put away during child/caregiver classes.

Absence and tardiness messages may be sent by WhatsApp, text, or email, but will be reviewed after classes finish for the day. The Church Office is not open during class times.

03

Indemnification

Parents or legal guardians must annually sign the CHASEDANCE Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement for each student. The agreement covers participation, conduct on studio premises or at studio events, and related injury, illness, emotional distress, or property-damage claims to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Families will receive the complete agreement for review and signature during registration.
