We are so excited to move with you in a story-based class exploring and learning about our bodies in different shapes, patterns, directions, and rhythms. We will gain skills through jumping, turning, finding our balance, gaining strength and courage. As we take turns, following and leading, and dancing through the story we will grow in confidence and a love of movement!

  • Creative Movement- Once Upon a Story Time (5-6 years)

Does your child love to spin like a dervish, fly like a fairy, leap like a frog prince, or wiggle like a friendly dragon? This class is a magical fusion of literacy and movement designed specifically for imaginative minds. Each week, we open a giant "Storybook" to discover a new adventure. We don’t just read the story—we move it! Through basic gross motor skills and the energy of creative movement, students will bring classic tales and modern favorites to life.

  • Embodied Contemporary: Somatics, Legacy & Flow- teen/adult

Step into a studio environment where technical precision meets deep internal sensation. This class blends the structured, breath-driven release of Hawkins and Taylor techniques with the sensory-rich exploration of somatic modalities. This open level class is designed to shift the focus away from superficial aesthetics, inviting you to discover how movement feels, how your body responds and how you choose to listen.

  • Moving Meditations

A class for adults balancing mindful physical awareness with breath-guided, fluid motion. Unlike traditional meditation, this practice uses gentle, repetitive movement to quiet the mind, release physical tension, and ground the nervous system. Check out The Breath of the Compassionate Movement Meditation HERE

Movement is the conduit through which we build community, confidence, coordination, and balance (physical/emotional/spirtual).

We gather to create a supportive, playful, and creative atmosphere.
